Tim graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN in 3.5 years. During his time in college he attained his MN Real Estate License and worked as a Realtor to help pay the bills. Upon graduation, Tim attained a sales job at Thomson Reuters. During his time at Thomson, Tim gained five years of sales experience in the legal industry and was recognized for his high performance in exceeding quotas by a cumulative 180%, resulting in three promotions in less than two years in a competitive environment. Tim left Thomson Reuters after five years to pursue his MBA at Rollins’ Crummer Graduate School of Business. During his time there, he interned at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P., the number one mortgage broker in the country. In December 2011, Tim Graduated from Crummer and soon thereafter, joined Realty Capital.
