Realty Capital was founded by M.W. Jeffrey Brock in 1995, with the primary emphasis on investment sales. Charles Frederick joined as principal in 1998 and the firm’s services expanded to include leasing and property management. Today, Realty Capital’s team consists of over 30 professionals, offering Corporate Services for individuals, companies and REO properties, Investment Sales, Land Sales, Buyer Representation, Tenant Representation, Trusteeship and Property Management, including commercial Association Management. During the past five years, we have sold over 1 million square feet of real estate and leased over 2.7 million square feet valued at over $291 million. Realty Capital currently manages over 800,00 square feet of commercial property in the Central Florida area.
