ORLANDO, Fla. (January 19, 2011) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following sale/lease transactions:

• Municipal Water Works recently purchased 8,000 square foot warehouse building at 40 Keyes Court in Sanford for $585,000.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice Presidents, John Frederick, and Morgan Wiseman, SIOR, CCIM, represented the seller.

• Nu Attitudes Holdings recently purchased a 1,574 square foot office condo at 6735 Conroy Road in Orlando for $170,000.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the buyer.

• Caple Howden Insurance Agency recently purchased 8,019 square foot office building at 10222 East Colonial Drive near Alafaya Trail in East Orlando for $590,000.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Ed Rogner, CCIM, represented the buyer.

• Peachy Production recently purchased the Maaco Car Care facility at 11219 South Orange Blossom Trial in Orlando for $900,000. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, Vice President, Quentin Caruso, CCIM, and Associate, Brian Caruso, represented the seller.

• Overchuck Investment Properties recently purchased the 5,503 square foot office building located at 1503 West Smith Street in College Park for $500,000.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jim Wilder SIOR, CCIM and Vice President, Bob Lovelace, CCIM, MAI represented the seller.

• Grateful Properties II recently purchased 7,100 square foot office building at 1555 Boren Drive in Ocoee for $840,000.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Darryl Dotherow, CCIM, represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Ray Romano of CBRE.

• AssistRx, Inc. subleased 10,259 square feet at 4700 Millenia Blvd in Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the tenant. Mark Stratman of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the sublessor.

• Landreth Lighting leased 4,116 square feet at 2250 Lucien Way in Maitland. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the landlord.

• White Oaks Design leased 4,134 square feet at 523 West Grant Street near downtown Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, Vice President, Quentin Caruso, CCIM, and Associate, Brian Caruso, represented the landlord.

• The Wine Barn of Winter Park leased 2,400 square feet at 959 W. Fairbanks Avenue in Winter Park.  The lease is for five years.  Realty Capital’s Vice President Frank Ayers, represented the tenant.

• Wisdom Ventures leased 2,106 square feet at 5401 South Kirkman Road in Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the tenant.
