Realty Capital Hires Two Staff Associates
ORLANDO, Fla. (March 17, 2008) – Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate providers in the region, has hired two staff associates: Robbie McEwan as Associate and Melissa Barron as Project Coordinator.
Robbie McEwan comes to Realty Capital from Rollins College where he obtained his Master’s in Business Administration Degree on a part-time basis while excelling as a full-time Senior Development Officer. At Rollins, Robbie was responsible for the reorganization of the athletic department fund-raising and overall fund-raising on a national scale. Robbie graduated from the University of Florida and is a third-generation Orlando native. At Realty Capital, he will be responsible for office space leasing, landlord/tenant representation, and investment sales.
Melissa Barron was an environmental scientist with Terracon Consultants, Inc. in Orlando, Florida. At Realty Capital, she will assist in research and coordination for efforts to locate and secure sites for industrial and retail clients. In addition, she serves as the Development Coordinator for Brock-Wilder Partners, Inc., a real estate development company focused on anchored retail centers in Florida. Barron received her bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and her master’s degree from the University of Florida.
