Realty Capital Facilitates Over $3 Million in Sales and 55,500 Square Feet In Lease Transactions

ORLANDO, Fla. (October, 2010) -- Realty Capital, one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

• 1200 Simpson Road Corp. recently purchased 15,400 square feet of retail space in Kissimmee for $1,800,000.00.  Realty Capital’s Vice President, Daniel Blackford, CCIM, represented the seller.

• Business Technology Partners recently purchased 10,998 square feet at 4470 35^th Street in Orlando for $755,000.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, John Frederick, and Senior Vice President, Morgan Wiseman, CCIM, SIOR, represented the seller.  

• Windermere Engineering Services, Inc. recently purchased 4,250 square feet at 2716 Rew Circle in Ocoee, FL for $600,000.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President Jason Bantel, CCIM and Vice President Darryl Dotherow, CCIM represented the seller.

• Barloworld Handling renewed their lease for 19,900 square feet at 4495 36^th Street in Orlando.  The term was ten years.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, John Frederick, represented the landlord.

• C & S Themed Events leased 7,500 square feet at 6448 Pinecastle Blvd. in Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, Vice President, Quentin Caruso, CCIM, and Associate Brian Caruso represented the landlord.

• Dr. Kenderick leased 2,064 square feet at 3280 Greenwald Way North in Kissimmee.  The lease is for ten years.  Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President, Jason Bantel, CCIM, represented the landlord.  Dave Murray with Promax Property Solutions in Sanford represented the tenant.

• Birkmire Behavioral Health leased 1,880 square feet at 650 South Central Avenue in Oviedo.  Realty Capital Vice President, Bill Stephens, represented the tenant. 

• Paul J Ford leased 5,000 square feet at 3670 Maguire Blvd. in Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM Vice President, Robbie McEwan, represented the landlord.  Chris Sproles with CB/Richard Ellis, represented the tenant.

• Cummings Aerospace leased 1,414 square feet at 7680 Universal Blvd. in Orlando.  Realty Capital’s President, Charles Frederick, represented the tenant.  Lisa Bailey with Morrison Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord.

• Sand Lake Rehab leased 1,319 square feet at 1650 Sand Lake Road (Florida Mall Business Center) in Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM Vice President, Robbie McEwan, and Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the landlord. 

• Davis JD Steel leased 2,165 square feet at 4075 L.B. McLeod Road in Orlando. Realty Capital’s President, Charles Frederick, represented the landlord.

• Insurance Consultants of Central Florida leased 1,220 square feet at 431 South Nova Road in Ormond Beach.  The lease is for one year.  Realty Capital’s Vice President Bob Lovelace, CCIM, represented the landlord.

• Wilshire Family Walk in Medical Center leased 2,121 square feet at 178 Wilshire Blvd in Casselberry.  The lease is for three years.  Realty Capital’s President, Charles Frederick, represented the landlord.  Charlene Larney with Keller Williams Realty in Oviedo, represented the tenant.

• AH Stone Century 21 renewed 3,846 square feet at 479-783 South Nova Road in Ormond Beach.  Realty Capital’s Vice President Bob Lovelace, CCIM, represented the landlord.

• Fastenal renewed 3,780 square feet at 4085 L. B. McLeod Road in Orlando.  The lease is for three years.  Realty Capital’s President, Charles Frederick, represented the landlord.

• Randstad renewed 1,172 square feet at 1650 Sand Lake Road in Orlando.  The lease is for five years.  Realty Capital’s Vice President, Elliott Jamison, CCIM, Vice President, Robbie McEwan, and Associate, Nathan Eissler, represented the landlord.
