REALTY CAPITAL ADVISORS COMPLETES APPROXIMATELY 35,000 SQ FT OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS THROUGHOUT CENTRAL FLORIDA

ORLANDO, FL – May 10, 2013 -- Realty Capital Advisors, a leading Central Florida full service commercial real estate firm, is pleased to report it closed nearly 35,000 SF of commercial transactions during the month of April, 2013. These transactions include nearly 10,000 SF of industrial space leased by Senior Vice President, Darryl Dotherow, CCIM and 9,000 SF of industrial space in Lakeland, FL represented by Senior Vice President Morgan Wiseman, CCIM, SIOR.

“Morgan Wiseman, CCIM, SIOR, Senior Vice President of Realty Capital Advisors represented Recoating West with its long term lease for 9,000 SF at 4740 E. Lakeland Commerce Pkwy. The location was secured to support the company’s expansion and distribution plan to service its growing base of customers nationwide.

Outsource Equipment Company, a warehouse and distribution material handling supplier and installation company entered into a 10,000 SF lease at 142 Park Road in Oviedo, FL in an effort to consolidate two warehouse and distribution centers located in Winter Springs and Louisville, KY. Darryl Dotherow, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Realty Capital Advisors, represented the landlord and Allan Duke of Duke Real Estate represented the tenant. Other transactions completed during the month of April include:

• Sonobi Media, a leader in advertising technology opened its new office headquarter in downtown Winter Park at 444 W. New England Avenue. The 3,000 SF space offers Sonobi the flexible design options necessary to support its digital business units and operational growth. Realty Capital Associates, Josh Smith and Nathan Eissler worked with Sonobi Media in the transaction.

• Akram Investment, one of the largest MetroPCS Authorized Dealers in Central Florida, added its 15th retail location by securing 3,775 SF next to Dunkin Donuts located at 4580 S. Semoran Blvd near Orlando International Airport. Darryl Dotherow, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Realty Capital Advisors, handled the transaction.

• Quest Diagnositcs, the world's leading provider of diagnostic information and testing services has secured a 2,400 SF lease renewal at West Orange Professional Center located at 10131 W. Colonial Drive in Ocoee, FL. Prominently located directly across from Health Central Hospital, the West Orange Professional Office Center has become a fixture for medical professionals practicing in West Orlando. Brian Caruso, Associate and Austin Caruso Jr., SIOR, Senior Vice President of Realty Capital directed the transaction.

• Josh Smith and Nathan Eissler, Associates with Realty Capital organized the leasing of 5,300 of retail space at The Solary in Oviedo, FL for branch offices of RE/MAX Select and AllState.
