Scott Dahin is from Fort Myers, Florida and a passionate commercial real estate broker, investor and a leader in the local CRE community. After Scott received a Bachelor’s in Business at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. Scott moved to Central Florida and joined Keller Williams Heritage Realty in 2010 as a sales agent specializing in investment property listings and purchases. As he continued to work with general commercial, office, land, and industrial properties throughout the state of Florida his expertise quickly grew.
In 2012 Scott began to specialize in Self-Storage, Retail and Industrial properties. Scott has represented over $23,000,000 in closed volume of self storage deals in the past five years and is now a part owner and VP, Director of Acquisitions of Home Star Properties, LLC, a self-storage investment and third-party management firm based out of New Hampshire.
Scott has recently moved to Realty Capital as a Senior Associate, specializing in Office and Industrial leasing and sales. Scott is the Chairman of Designation Promotion of the CCIM Central District Board of Directors. Affiliated with CCIM, NAR and SSA.
