We have a full staff of accountants, led by our director of operations, who has a strong accounting background. The staff has the appropriate segmentation of duties between accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly ban reconciliations. We provide a comprehensive monthly financial report and are able to complete this in either cash or accrual accounting.
Yes. We have an after-hours emergency service that is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. They will receive the call and dispatch it to the appropriate person to manage and coordinate any vendors required to project your asset. Preserving your property is our utmost concern.

Yes, each property management assignment has a team approach. Your account will be led by an account manager, who is supported by a project coordinator and a collections specialist. The account manager will be your primary point of contact and they typically have 5-10 years of experience in the business.
The property management team is supported by a project coordinator who will provide direct oversight to all medium or large capital repair or preventative maintenance projects. They have managed most typical capital repairs, such as roof replacements, asphalt over-lays, A/C and chiller system repairs, and tenant improvements. Their focus is to deliver each project on-time and under budget.
