Realty Capital Advisors is a full-service company. This means we can provide services for leasing, representing you with buying a property, as well as listing and marketing a property for sale. We have an in-depth property management and accounting company and construction management and maintenance services.
We focus primarily on Central Florida, covering the Orlando area as well as Tampa.

Throughout the company’s history, we have completed over $1B in transactions. These have ranged from Office to Industrial, to Retail to Vacant land. We understand the importance of accurate listing information and we keep a pulse on who is active in the market. We are able to sell most properties near or at the listing price.

Our focus has always been on commercial buildings. We have a sister division, named RCA Communities that focuses on apartments and mobile home parks. Realty Capital Advisors handle the management of office, industrial, and retail properties.
We have a full staff of accountants, led by our director of operations, who has a strong accounting background. The staff has the appropriate segmentation of duties between accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly ban reconciliations. We provide a comprehensive monthly financial report and are able to complete this in either cash or accrual accounting.
Yes. We have an after-hours emergency service that is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. They will receive the call and dispatch it to the appropriate person to manage and coordinate any vendors required to project your asset. Preserving your property is our utmost concern.

Our team has in-depth experience with leasing on office, industrial and retail properties. Collectively, we have completed over 500 lease transactions throughout careers. We utilize a cutting-edge marketing platform that provides accurate data on who is reviewing our email blasts and electronic flyers. With this platform, we are able to keep our client’s buildings full.

With the strength of our experience, we have solved location challenges for all types of businesses. These range from a law office, medical users, industrial manufacturing and logistics users to other professional businesses. We develop an understanding of your unique business needs and are able to find a location that will work and we will assist with the lease negotiations as well. Yes, each property management assignment has a team approach. Your account will be led by an account manager, who is supported by a project coordinator and a collections specialist. The account manager will be your primary point of contact and they typically have 5-10 years of experience in the business.
The property management team is supported by a project coordinator who will provide direct oversight to all medium or large capital repair or preventative maintenance projects. They have managed most typical capital repairs, such as roof replacements, asphalt over-lays, A/C and chiller system repairs, and tenant improvements. Their focus is to deliver each project on-time and under budget.
